- Refund Eligibility
 
Refunds are considered under the following circumstances:
- Software Products: If the product has a technical issue that cannot be resolved within 7 business days of reporting.
 - Hardware Products: If the product is found defective or damaged upon delivery (must be reported within 48 hours).
 - Services: If the service delivered does not match the scope as agreed in the project or service agreement.
 
- Non-Refundable Items
 
- Downloaded or activated software licenses.
 - Customized or personalized products/services.
 - Subscription-based services after 2 days of usage.
 - Services that have been partially or fully delivered.
 
- Refund Process
 
To request a refund, please:
- Contact us at info@starkcomputech.com within the refund eligibility period.
 - Include your order number, contact details, and reason for the refund request.
 - Our team will review your request and get back to you within 3-5 business days.
 
If approved for Defective and Damage Goods, the refund will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Note: No Return, Exchange or Refund on any In-Store Purchases.
Refunds will be processed for goods damaged before delivery, not during or after.
